Understanding Your Monthly Invoice

TerraGaming Media bills after each month ends, so you only pay for impressions that were actually delivered.

The billing cycle

A billing period is one calendar month in Pacific time. On the 1st of the following month, your invoice for the period’s ad spend is issued through Stripe:

• Autopay accounts are charged to their default payment method that day (or sooner, if your account has a spend threshold and the period reaches it).
• Net-30 accounts receive the invoice by email and pay within 30 days.

For example, impressions served from June 1 to June 30 are invoiced on July 1.

Reading an invoice

Each invoice has an INV- number and one line per campaign and ad format, showing impressions and spend. Under Billing Management → Invoices you can see every invoice with its status — Paid, Pending or Unpaid — and download the PDF for your records.

Credits and adjustments

Credits, such as a service credit after network downtime or a promotional perk, appear as negative lines on the invoice and reduce the amount due.

Payment methods

Manage your cards and bank accounts under Payment Methods. Only organization admins can see billing pages.
