Managing Organization Users & Roles

Invite your marketing team to work in your TerraGaming Media workspace, each with the access they need.

Permission tiers

• Admin — full control: users, billing and all campaigns. Your organization’s primary administrator is always an Admin.
• Standard — create, change and publish campaigns, upload to the Image Library and manage promo codes. No billing or user management.
• Promo Only — only the Claim Promo Code tab, for casino staff who redeem players’ codes.
• Read Only — view reports, analytics and existing campaigns without making changes.

Inviting a user

Open Manage Organization and select Invite User. Enter their email and choose a tier. We email them a secure, one-time invitation link that is valid for seven days; you can also copy the link and send it yourself. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked.

Changing or removing access

Use the row’s actions to change a member’s tier or remove them from the organization. The primary administrator can hand that role to another Admin with Make Primary Administrator.

Keep your account secure

Every user can turn on two-factor authentication and review their active sessions under Account Security.
